Neurotoxins: Botox, Dysport, & Xeomin

BOTOX® and Dysport® are injectables of purified proteins used to temporarily soften and eliminate unwanted lines of facial expression by relaxing the underlying muscles. These injectibles are commonly used to smooth frown lines, forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, smoker’s lines, and sagging eyebrows. Treatments are a simple procedure with little to no downtime and provide noticeable results that can last up to three or four months (although individual results may vary). 

 

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are a proven, safe method of exfoliation (removing cellular build-up on the surface layers of your skin). Peels are useful for acne, prematurely aged skin from sun exposure, rosacea, and/or hyperpigmentation.  Downtime is variable and dependent on the recommended peel.

 

Hair Restoration

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses the growth factors found in your own blood cells to stimulate hair growth naturally. This procedure entails drawing a small amount of blood from the patient’s arm. Then, the blood is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate or separate the growth factors and anti-inflammatory components in the blood, which are then used or injected into the areas of the scalp where hair thinning or loss has occurred. 

 

PRP will be offered and performed at the Temple location and takes approximately 30-45 minutes. PRP treatments for hair restoration are a process and will require follow-up appointments and continued application of topical medications. However, most patients notice that hair loss stops and new growth is stimulated through this process. 

 

KeraLase Hair Restoration is a state-of-the-art treatment that combines the Lutronic Ultra laser with KeraFactor Serum. This serum contains biosimilar growth factors and proteins vital to hair renewal and regeneration. This virtually painless procedure creates microchannels that penetrate deep into the scalp where the KeraFactor Serum is absorbed to provide its potent peptides that are nearly 1000x more potent than PRP injections. Additionally, this treatment works on all phases of the growth cycle, so the benefits start after the first procedure. Multiple treatments are required and typically spaced 2 weeks apart. 

 

Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment where an electric-powered device is used to create thousands of tiny, invisible punctures in the skin. This procedure uses tiny sterile needles to cause micro-injuries to the skin which stimulate the natural wound-healing process. Our skin repairs itself by releasing growth factors which then form new collagen and elastin in the skin.

 

Laser 

Currently, at the Temple location, Skin Rejuvenation using Lutronic LaseMD Ultra is another available treatment for Fine lines, Wrinkles, Age/Sun Spots, Melasma, Sun Damage, and/or Actinic Keratosis (pre-cancerous lesions). This treatment works by stimulating cellular turnover/regeneration and by stimulating collagen and elastin growth.

 

The Regenlite PDL laser treats a broad range of skin conditions including but not limited to cystic acne, acne scarring, fine lines/wrinkles, deep wrinkles, collagen restoration, signs of premature aging, superficial blood vessels, rosacea, port wine stains, can even treat stubborn warts. This laser offers long lasting results with little down time. Multiple treatments are typically required for the best outcomes/ results.

Restylane® is utilized to treat or smooth wrinkles, contour facial features, augment lips, and/or improve your skin structure. The result is instantaneous and can produce long-lasting, natural-looking results. 

 

Sculptra and Radiesse are used to increase collagen production naturally over time. Results are subtle and benefits can be seen over months. Multiple treatments are typically recommended.
